For get a good quality of hair you have to maintain a basic lifestyles like
1) wash and shampoo :
chemical shampoo can destroy natural oil of your hair,and make it dry, unmanageable. So use a mild , gentle and herbal shampoo during washing your hair..
You can also use a baby shampoo with 1 teaspoon rose water, 1 spoon honey, and with drop of almond oil..
Wet your hair before applying shampoo is very important..
2)conditionar :
After washing your hair with shampoo, use a conditionar on wet hair ...
you can also use aloe Vera jel for conditioning your hair ,aloevera jel is a magical remady for hair..
3)properly drying :
Some time we did a common mistake is forget to drying our hair properly. As a result we get more hairfall ..
Never use a combing brush when it is damp.. After drying comb your hair layer by layer ,slowly..
4)oiling :
Oiling is a very important method to get moisturised, healthy, shiner hair.
In that case you can use also a home made hair growth oil by mixing , coconut oil, castor oil,almond oil, olive oil ,and vitamin e oil...
5)sleep :
In your sleeping time your hair can regrowth. and replacement damage. Daily
At least 7 to 8 hrs sleep is important.. To get a healthy hair...
6)proper diet :
From today strikly avoid junk foods if you need healthy hair.. A completely balanced diat can solve 50 % hair problems , having more green vegitiables, fruit juices, lots of water is essential for a good quality hair.
