So here is some summer skin care tips to overcome this type of problems.
🍁Take fresh fruits and vegetables to your daily diat .
🍁Use less oil, salt ,sugar in daily cooking.
🍁Drink 4 litre water daily.
🍁Avoid sun.
🍁 Before sunexposal use natural sunscreen .
🍁 its important to use a umbrella for outing day time.
🍁 Wear full sleeve cloths before sun exposal .
🍁 Wash your face twice daily nd use a toner for hydrated the skin.

1) half cup rice
2) half cup musoor dal
3) half cup groundnut
4) wild turmeric two spoon
Take all the ingridient in a mixer jar and make a smooth powder.
In a clean dry container shift all the powder ,
Before bathing in a little bowl take 2 spoon powder and add ,
5) lemon juice one table spoon
6) honey half table spoon
7) rose water one table spoon
Mix all the ingridient really very well,
After its gating a smooth texture apply on your face ,neck ,and hand
(sun expose area).
Gently scarb for 2 minutes and wash it with normal water.
Use it once daily during summer and get clear ,healthy glowing skin.
